Do Kwon, has told a Montenegro court that a "Chinese-named agency" provided the forged travel documents he was allegedly caught with. 

The CEO claimed that he was unaware these documents were fakes, including a Costa Rican and a Belgian passport. Can you smell something? 🤣Kwon and Terraform’s ex-CFO Han Chong-joon were arrested in May while trying to leave for the UAE. 👮Both are wanted in South Korea on fraud charges; they deny traveling on counterfeit documents. Kwon has asked for his fellow accused to be spared, saying, "If somebody needs to be punished for [using a] fake passport, let that be me alone." 😇How magnanimous!His extradition, however, could prove difficult due to the lack of a treaty between Montenegro and South Korea.

A new protocol has been launched, allowing users to inscribe images on the Ethereum main chain similar to Bitcoin's Inscriptions. 

Developed by Genius.com co-founder Tom Lehman, the protocol known as Ethscriptions saw nearly 30,000 creations within 18 hours of launch. This platform allows any file under 96 kilobytes to be inscribed, though it currently only supports images. 🖼️The inscriptions use Ethereum's "call data" (the data provided within a call made to a smart contract), considered cheaper and more decentralized than contract storage. Lehman tweeted that the protocol ensures the "global uniqueness of the content," indicating it is "skating to where the puck is going in an L2 world." 🏒Let’s hope all this extra activity doesn’t crack the ice!

A shocking revelation unveils that high school students increasingly carry out cyber heists, stealing NFTs worth millions of dollars. 

These youthful cybercriminals use tools like Inferno and Venom for phishing attacks, exploiting vulnerable Discord servers and Twitter accounts. Their ill-gotten gains? Surprisingly, they coveted Roblox skins, food deliveries, and paying people to do their homework for them! A case in point is the recent exploit of Orbiter Finance’s Discord server, where perpetrators swindled a staggering $1 million in NFTs. Data from security experts suggest around 900 Discord servers have been compromised since December 2021, pilfering $73 million from over 32,000 wallets. 💸The typical modus operandi involves purchasing a “drainer” code, conducting phishing attacks, and subsequently making off with NFTs. These adolescent attackers are seemingly fearless, perhaps thinking they are operating in a "God mode," untouchable by the law. 🔱I think more than detention is required!
